Thermometer / Pressure gauge

The temperature sensing elements of the twin metal thermometer are the twin metal tabs.  The twin metal tabs are two metals with a relatively higher difference of expansion coefficients that are welded together with one end being fixed, the other free. When temperature rises, the metal tab with a higher expansion coefficient will expand more than one with a lower expansion coefficient, causing the entire twin metal tabs to bend towards the one with a smaller expansion coefficient.

A pressure gauge refers to the instrument using a flexible element as the sensitive element to measure and indicate the pressure that is higher than the environmental pressure. A pressure gauge is very widely used, almost in all industrial processes and in the technological field. Particularly in the industrial process control and in the technical measurement process. Since the mechanical type pressure gauge is featured that its sensitive element has very high mechanical strength and is easy to be produced, therefore, it is getting more comprehensive applications.
